Our friends over at the Market Garden have a brand new site, you should definitely make a trip over. http://themarketgarden.ca
For those of you who may not know, the line consists of some incredible artwork by Alan Wood, with guest artistic appearances by Corey Sheppard and Smolik. Some sick shit, and the new site is pretty slick too. Peep it.

Our good friends at Well and Good have been working closely with the Housepaint project on exhibit at the ROM, if you have not yet been to see this, you should go. Seriously. It’s the first time that any work of this sort has been shown in such a setting and is absolutely worth the trip in.
The show boasts the work of such artists as:
What’s more is that there have been a series of products released in conjunction with the show, including high quality giclée art prints, buttons, postcards, dishtowels, lightswtich cover plates and of course printed tees.
And just when you thought that was awesome enough, 10% of proceeds will be donated to Habitat for Humanity to help provide affordable housing.

Sunday, was our day of rest, I didn’t even get a chance to post how the Disposable Art Show went. If you were wondering and didn’t make it out to the opening of this amazing collection of pressed wood, the show was incredible. The pieces are fantastic and many of them sold on the spot. There are a few left, if you are interested in picking something up that you may have seen at the show, you can contact joey@freedomfighterskateboards.com.
More pics are coming soon of all the pieces, if you want to come see the stuff in person, just let us know and we can schedule a time for you to swing through. A little private viewing if you will. Cheers everyone who was involved, thanks to Joey Clarke for putting the whole thing together, you did a wicked job and you should be proud.
Pics are on their way soon, so come back again and we’ll have all the details. If you did come and you have photos of the show and want to share them, feel free to email us and we’d love to post them here for everyone to see. Cheers guys, thanks again for stopping through.

It’s coming. Get your wallets ready to help out a good cause, and hey, pick up some amazing skate art at the same time. We’re especially looking forward to having some of these heavy weights through our space, Andrew Pommier, Doublenaut, Che Kothari… and… and… and… just everyone. So amped, as all the rest of you guys should be. Come out, peep the art and if your lucky, you can walk away with a hand painted deck and an enormous sense of self worth as your purchase will help Princess Margaret Hospital in the fight against Cancer. Word.

Just got these from our photographer Neill, check em out, more to come….
Thanks Neill.
