Parkdale café and art gallery
On May 26th, The Mascot hosted the third edition of First Drop Canada‘s The Art House Sessions. The evening of coffee, art and music helped to raise $1,000 for Cup for Education, a non-profit organization that helps to build schools in poor rural coffee communities in Central and Latin America. The event also launched The Mascot’s newest art exhibition by South Parkdale resident Julia Hepburn. Her striking, whimsical and darkly humorous dioramas are on display in the café’s gallery until June 28th.”
